Saša currently works as a digital communications manager at mmb media agentur in Zagreb. He has over 10 years of agency experience in various positions: media planner, account manager and digital agency director. He has worked with many international and local clients such as Atlantic Grupa, Porsche Croatia, Oryx, Auto Zubak, Opel, Philips, Mastercard, Lego, Adidas, Red Bull, Reebok, Societe General bank and many others. Prior to joining mmb media agentur, he gained experience as a digital media manager and eCommerce manager at FOREO, where he met the digital challenges of the global marketplace on a daily basis. He is an expert in digital advertising and holds GAIQ (Google Analytics Individual Qualification) and Google AdWords (search, display, video) certifications. He has spoken at many conferences at home and abroad.

How design can(not) affect online sale
"In this workshop Saša will point out the most common design errors, so-called UX (user experience) of the e-commerce. All shortcommings in the online store design, especially the ones connected directly to the shopping cart can result in a reduced number of purchases and lower e-commerce revenues.
